Description

Kay and Marie "your favorite tattoo artists" have opened Painted Ladies Tattoo & Piercing. They are located on the corner of Hwy 9 and 71 in Spirit Lake, Iowa. Kay and Marie are currently taking appointments as well as walk -Ins.

All artists at Painted Ladies Tattoo & Piercing are certified by the Department of Public Health and the facility is inspected. All tools used are sterilized between customers in a hospital grade autoclave, and all needles are one-time use only.

General Information
-Clients MUST BE 18 years of age in the state of Iowa to receive a tattoo.
-Piercings and dermals may be performed with parental consent at the age of 15-17, however the parent must be present with ID and provide proof of legal guardianship and minor's age. Only a parent or legal guardian may authorize a minor tattoo. No other relatives will be allowed to authorize consent unless legal documentation of full legal physical guardianship is shown - phone call authorization is not permitted.
-Prices of tattoos range from $65 minimum and up, with an hourly rate of $130. There is a $20- $50 charge for drawing custom designs. Estimates are given at time of tattoo, but depending on amount of work that goes into the tattoo, it is not a set price until completion of the tattoo.
Piercings are $40 with standard jewelry, or $56.05 after tax with anything jeweled. If you want two piercings it is $70 for standards.
-Dermals start at $60, with multi-dermal discounts available.
